Our Commitment to You

At Breastplate Athletic, every order is made with care and intention. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

•       Unworn and unwashed

•       In original condition with tags attached

•       Free from odors, stains, or signs of wear

 

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at stpatrick@breastplateathletic.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

 

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be processed.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

 

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size. Contact us at stpatrick@breastplateathletic.com with your order number and the size you need. Exchanges are subject to availability.

 

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We’ll resolve it immediately at no cost to you.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — Breastplate Athletic is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Breastplate Athletic is not currently serving markets outside of the United States of America.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
